Welcome to the online home for Washington Parish Recreation District #1.
Our board is a group of seven volunteers appointed by the Washington Parish Council to help improve and create recreational opportunities for people of all ages in District #1. Here you can find a list of our
board members,

photo album shows the current state of our facilities as well as photos of the 115 acre tract of land the recreation district purchased for the new Atoka Recreation Complex.
Recreation District #1 encompasses the towns and communities of Franklinton, Mt. Hermon, Hackley, Enon, Isabel, Pine, Thomas, Stoney Point, Richardson, Clifton and Warnerton.
Our board has regular meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Franklinton Police Department. All meetings are open to the public.
